Beach Street Inn And Suites - Santa Cruz

It was stylish, extremely pleasant and on your level. Everything here was good.

came with my kids, everything was fabulous. the staff were very helpful and top-class throughout my stay. the location was perfect as it was next to cafes and restaurants. i had a very very good stay at this brand-new hotel.

The location is magnificent, 2 miles from Barn Theater. It's in the very relaxing area just next door to the beach, Santa Cruz and the boardwalk and pier which is another bonus. Its rooms are brand-new and gorgeous for a just perfect stay in a nice town. The decoration is nice.

The service in general was impeccable!

Staff were friendly and helpful.Room was clean with a cute design (loved the shower - double shower heads!), and of course nothing could bet the view of the ocean from our room.

The hot tub looked uninviting, but our ocean view was fine.

Room was nice with clean wooden floor. Relaxed environment, nice and friendly and appreciated after having stayed at some large hotels nights before.

Great location with a decent view and great access to the boardwalk and pier and beach. It was our first trip to Santa Cruz and we will be back. The Inn is nice, clean and comfortable. Our room had a view of the ocean. The only warning is that there are stairs depending on what room you get there could be a lot of them. ( Not a problem for us ) Overall we would stay there again over anything in town.

Check out was at 11 (we thought 12), and when we called for a late checkout for 1:30 at 10 we got no answer, we left a message that we were going to go to breakfast at the Crepe Place (Awesome). When we got back at noon our key didn't work. I went to frontdesk she had no record of me leaving a message and said we could have 20 mnutes if we needed it that checkout was at 11. Just thought she could have been a little nicer and accomadating (she was a younger girl) like the older woman that worked the night shift who was so nice and informative. Turns out that the maid did not even get to our floor while we were there and we were out by 12:40.

This boutique hotel shines with an amazing oceanside location, friendly staff, and impressively clean rooms. The morning coffee from the barista is a good perk. I loved the spaciousness of the beautiful room with fine ocean views, ideal for family getaways. Can't wait for a longer stay next time!

Excellent! The rooms were spacious and had Beach Decor. Refurbished to a "T"! Right across from the beach and pier. I recommend breakfast at the Dolphin Restaurant which is at the end of the pier. The Lobster Omelette was fantastic and had all the sided you would expect.

A little difficult to get to because of all the one way streets that seemed to go the way you didn't - Lol! But hey, it's a beach town! It's worth it.

We loved waking up to ocean views 🌊 The location was perfect, just steps from the beach. Only downside was some street noise at night, but overall a fantastic stay.

Love the new decor! The shower was beautiful. The free taffy was a nice touch too!
